Zhejiang DLY Automation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held its 2024 annual gala on January 27, bringing employees together to celebrate the company's 19th anniversary and welcome the Chinese New Year.
The event included a review of the company's work in 2023, recognition of outstanding employees and managers, team performances, a lucky draw and New Year activities.
For DLY, the annual gathering was also an opportunity to thank employees from manufacturing, quality control, technical, sales and supporting departments for their contributions throughout the year.
DLY was established in 2005 and has continued to develop its manufacturing capabilities for ball screws, linear guideways, linear shafts and other linear motion components.
During the annual gala, General Manager Xu Jianming reviewed the company's work and development in 2023. He also expressed appreciation for the employees whose daily work supported production, quality management, technical development and customer service.
Outstanding managers were presented with certificates in recognition of their work during 2023. Department managers coordinate employees, production tasks and internal communication, helping different teams maintain stable daily operations.
Deputy General Manager Yu Xupei presented awards to outstanding employees for their performance in 2023. The recognition reflected the importance of responsibility, cooperation and consistent work across the company's departments.
The development of DLY depends on the contribution of employees working in production, inspection, engineering, sales, administration and other roles. Their combined efforts help the company maintain its manufacturing and service capabilities.
During the event, Li Jie, chairman of the company's trade union, presented New Year gift packages to employees in need. The activity formed part of DLY's ongoing efforts to support employees and strengthen communication within the workplace.
Employees from different departments prepared music and dance performances for the annual gala. The activities gave colleagues an opportunity to communicate outside their regular work and present another side of the DLY team.
A lucky draw was held in four rounds, with third, second, first and special prizes. Together with the employee performances, the draw created a relaxed and lively atmosphere for the evening.
The gala concluded with a group performance welcoming the New Year. The event celebrated the results achieved through cooperation in 2023 and marked the beginning of another year for the DLY team.
